A mediocre article was posted over at techradar.com entitled ‘In Depth: The past, present and future of RTS gaming‘. Surprisingly, there’s no mention of Supreme Commander in there, but a decent recap of the history of the RTS genre nevertheless.

Square Enix confirms SupCom 2 at GamesCom 2009

“GamesCom will include the playable world premiere of Supreme Commander 2. Showcasing games include Batman: Arkham Asylum, Dissidia Final Fantasy, Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy XIV, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Mini Ninjas and Order of War.”
